Finestar is a manufacturing-focused organization that sources rough natural diamonds directly from primary sources. It manufactures solely in its own fully-integrated factories and distributes the resultant polished diamonds all over the world through its extensive global marketing and distribution network. It has expanded over the last 25 years and accomplished significant growth in people, processes and technology. Today, the company has a presence in 9 countries, including 4 manufacturing facilities in India, Botswana, Namibia and South Africa.

Finestar has an inventory of exquisite round and fancy shapes from 1 CT+ to over 25 CTS+ and larger exceptional natural diamonds in the colour range from D to H, with clarity predominantly in VVS to VS. Its manufacturing processes – though technology-driven – are craftsmanship-centric, with the cuts refined in a manner that enhances internal fire, brilliance and scintillation.

Finestar is an International Sightholder of the De Beers Group and a Sightholder in Botswana and Namibia, where it has beneficiation factories. It is a Rio Tinto Select Diamantaire, and one of the largest distributors of the Canadamark hallmark program. It is also part of Forevermark India.  A strong advocate for origin, transparency and traceability programmes, Finestar is a part of Code of Origin (De Beers trusted source programme) and Diavik Sourced^TM. Finestar also participates in the GIA’s Diamond Origin service and has its diamonds registered on Tracr – the Diamond Industry’s Blockchain Traceability platform. Its provenance claims are audited by Responsible Jewellery Council and it is a part of the Natural Diamond Council.
